Working principle:

The cement material of the silo enters the hopper shell of the packaging machine, and the stroke switch is activated at the same time as the manual insertion of the bag, the signal is transmitted to the microcomputer, the solenoid valve is activated, the cylinder is operated, the discharge nozzle is opened, and the cement material is driven by the high-speed impeller. The discharge nozzle is continuously filled and woven in the bag. When the bag reaches the set value, the signal is transmitted to the microcomputer by the sensor. The solenoid valve controls the start cylinder through the microcomputer, and closes the nozzle to customize the filling; meanwhile, the solenoid valve passes. The signal of the sensor is sucked and the bag presser acts to automatically tilt the bag off the bag. The whole filling process is electrically integrated control. In addition to manual bag insertion, the cement bag press bag and the discharge nozzle are opened and closed; the functions of cement bag filling, weighing measurement and automatic bag drop can be automatically completed. Thereby reducing mechanical failure and ensuring efficient operation of the packaging equipment.
