Zhongwo has been a professional manufacturer of fire doors since 1995 and we focus exclusively on fire doors. Today we have many different product series, such as fire doors made of steel, fire doors made of wood and fire doors made of wood with steel frame.

We have two facilities, one in Zhengzhou, the same city as the Shaolin Temple, and the other in Minquan, 200 km from Zhengzhou.

Our steel fire doors are mainly manufactured in Minquan's production facility. There, with only 20 employees, we have the most modern production line to produce almost 1000 doors per day.

Credentials

Zhongwo steel fire doors were subjected to a fire test in accordance with standards such as NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104, UL10 (b) and UL10 (c). We got certificates for both single doors and pair doors, each with glass inserts.

Fire Rated Level

Fire rating of our UL steel fire doors can be 20mins, 45mins, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours and 3 hours.

Door:

Front plate: 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel

Filler: By default we use magnesium oxide plates with a thickness of 43 mm and a density of (350 ± 35) kg / m3.

Sealing: We glue two layers of refractory liquid sealant to both inside surfaces of the faceplate to make them firmer.

Skeleton: We introduce a U-shaped skeleton of size 43 x 25 mm, which consists of 1.2 mm galvanized sheet steel.

Reinforcement: 3 mm thick galvanized steel sheets are welded to the front panel surfaces at the location of the locks, hinges and closer to make them more stable.

Finish: powder coating, wood grain, stainless steel

Color: RAL system

Jamb:

In addition, we also offer you UL listed frames, including plug-in frame and welded frame. The frame is made of 1.2 mm galvanized sheet steel and is welded to 3 mm galvanized steel for hinge and impact reinforcement. The frame depth should be 115 mm with us.

Hardware

By default, we fit hardware such as door closers, hinges, locks and fire bolts, which have been tested to American standards. Others such as doors selectors, electric magnetic door holders, door stoppers and so on are also for your choice.

We can also supply hardware to other standards upon request.

Vision Panels

Both our single fire doors and double fire doors are tested against fire with glass inserts. So that we got the certificate for doors with lenses.

And we can provide you with different types of glasses as following:

1. We have UL listed glass ceramic with size of 203.2 X 608.6 X 5 mm which can withstand at least 3 hours against fire.

2. Another choice for you is our high boron glass in size of 203.2 X 608.6 X 6 mm with 3 hours fire rating.

3. If you want more options, please check our CCC glass which is more cheaper but still in good quality(3 hours).

Attention: In circumstances where fire doors with fire rating longer than 2 hours, we do not suggest doors with glass inserts.

Overseas Package

Our steel fire doors are packed specially for overseas transportation.

Firstly, we wrap one layer PE paper around doors to protect doors from moisture;

Secondly, we clip foam plates around 4 edges and corners to protect doors from strike and impact;

Thirdly, we lay down foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates;

Fourthly, we pack the door into strong carton and stick it firmly with tapes.

Besides, we can also make wooden or steel pallet for you. Extra fees will be calculated then.

Transport

Transportation by us is of different kinds and you can choose from ships, trucks, railways and aircraft.

Door to door delivery is also at your service.
