Standard & Certificate

Our steel fire doors are tested in accordance with UL10 (b), UL10 (c), NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104;

We got the UL certificate for doors and frames. The fire rating of our doors divides into 20/45/60/90/120/150/180mins.

Door Specification

Frame

Generally our frames are made from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The type is knock-down or plug-in frame. The frame depth is normally 115 mm. We have also got UL certificate for our frames.

Reinforcements

• 3mm thick steel plate on sides of hinges, closer and locks.
• Double U-Type 43 X 25 mm channel made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet.
• Gap covering strip is located between two doors of pair door and door and frame of single door.
• The edges of the doors shall be continuously welded and in contact with the floor to ensure their final feel.

Vision Panels

Attention: When the fire rating longer than 2 hours, we don’t suggest vision panels in doors.

Ironmongery

For US standard UL listed hardware like fire door closer, fire hinges, fire locks. More options such as panic bars, electric-magnetic door holders and fire door selectors are also available.

Remarks: If you don’t want ironmongery from us but only need us to punch hardware insert holes, please send us the specification and drawings of hardware you need, it will be best if you send us delivery samples.

Package

Our fire door and frame are individually packed.

• One layer perlite cotton around door and frame.
• Foam plates around 4 edges and corners.
• Two foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates.
• Two layers strong carton on each side of door.

Besides, we can also make wooden or steel pallet for you. Extra fees will be calculated then.

We also have a new factory under construction which covers a field of 30 arces in Minquan of Shangqiu City,which is 200km away from our existing factory. By then our annual production ability can reach 300,000 fire door sets.

Our production ranges also to fire roller shutters, fire windows and smoke curtains of various customized sizes, colors and materials.
