358 high-security fence

The 358 high-security fence panels (12,7 mm x 76,2mm) in combination with 4mm (Light) – 6mm (Heavy) wire turns this panel into a high-security Fence. This brings substantial advantages; the small pattern makes it difficult to climb and penetrate (cut) the fence. This security fence is the ultimate answer to the constantly higher high-security requirements worldwide.

Production Standard

• The 358 high-security fence panels wires are galvanized to EN 10244-2, Class-D, with a minimum zinc coating of 40 gr/m2. After the welding process, the panels will be pre-treated and provided with a conversion layer for a better anti-corrosive effect and better adhesion of the polyester powder coating.

• The polyester powder coating has an average thickness of 100 μm.

• Panels are checked to the following standards:

• - EN ISO 2409:2013, Paints and varnishes - Cross-cut test

• - EN ISO 1519:2011, Paints and varnishes - Bend test (cylindrical mandrel)

• - EN ISO 2813:1999, Paints and varnishes - Determination of specular gloss of non-metallic paint films at 60°.

- Our 358 High-Security Fence Panels Complied With EN ISO 9227:2012, Corrosion tests in artificial atmospheres – Salt spray tests

Finished

• Pre-galvanized wire(min. 40 g/m²) then coated with polyester powder coating (100µm).

• Standard colors: RAL 6005 & RAL 7016, other colors on request.

• The 358 High-Security Fence panels produced from galvanized wire are TÜV-certificated.
