Product Description

The weighing machine can be installed on the scaffold above the machine, and can be installed on the scaffold next to the machine, with a vacuum suction machine for conveying raw materials to the molding machine, or on the floor above the molding machine. Weighing and metering of raw materials can be accomplished by pneumatic valve or micro screw feeding device (optional). Each material is directly sent to a weighing plate made up of a high precision weighing unit (load cell). When all raw materials are weighed correctly, the whole batch of raw materials will be sent to the mixing bin. The high efficiency raw material agitator will mix raw materials evenly, then fall into the bin or directly enter the feed inlet of the molding machine. The material level sensor in the mixing bin controls the whole metering feeding process.
