6YL-130screw oil making machine main parameter:

1. The temperature of the oil is automatically temperature controlled to improve the processing speed of the oil, and the low temperature environment can be produced normally.

2. The infrared heating preheating temperature can be controlled to set the heating system, and the press can be pressed at the start.

3. The oil filter is dense so that the oil can be filtered clean.

4. The L shape of oil cake feeding system can directly press oil cake twice, to ensure the high oil yield.

working principle

When oil press is operating, prepared material enters the chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screw and is pressed. Under the high pressure condition in the chamber, friction between material and screw, between material and chamber will be created, which also creates friction and relative movement among material particles.

On the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw varies larger from one end to the other. Hence, when rotating, it not only pushes particlesmoving forwards but turns them outwards as well.

Meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw's rotating, causing every particle inside the chamber to posses different speed.

Therefore, relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary during manufacturing because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil's elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.

1).The equipment guarantee period is one year, During guarantee period, the seller will provide maintenance free service.(Except the breakdown and destroy caused by person and force majeure)

2). After receiving the inquiry for repairing the engineer of sell party will solve by phone and email, if necessary the engineer will go to solve the problem on the spot, the buyer should pay daily salary $100, also pay technical visa cost, round trip tickets, rooms and meals.

3). During the quality guarantee period, if it is the quality problem (except easily damaged parts), the cost for maintenance and replace will be borne by sellers.

4). During guarantee period, the seller will not provide service of with compensation as follows:

The damage caused by person and force majeure;

The damage caused by improper operating;

The damage caused by reforming, decomposing assembling.

5). Paid service will be provided for the long term after guarantee period.
