Zhongwo fire door is located in the same city as Shaolin temple: Zhengzhou city, capital of Henan province, China. We have built two factories covering more than 89,000 m² workshop.

We introduced most advanced fully automatic production line from Germany, in addition with most advanced management of lean production we can output up to 1000 steel fire doors per day.

By the way, we can provide doors as well as frames.

Test Standard: UL10 (b), UL10 (c), NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104;

Material:Key materials of steel fire doors include steel sheet and infilling materials. For door leaf we have 0.8mm thick galvanized steel; for frame 1.2mm. We provide different kinds of fillers such as magnesium oxide board, fireproof perlite board and honeycomb paper. All of them can help our fire doors hold up to 180mins in case of fire.

Door Thickness: 45mm, no matter how long the fire rating.

Door Weight: around 30Kg/m², about 65Kg per doorset.

Door Dimension(Overall with frame): 3 'x 7' for standard single door, max. 4’X8; 6 'x 7’ for standard pair door, max. 8 'x 8';

Finish: standard:powder coating; More to choose: wood grain, PVC coating

As for the color swatch, we have our own system with PBG1001(plain white), B1068(beige), PS2328(gray white) as regular colors. We can also introduce RAL color swatch for you.

Vision Panels

In addition, we also provide steel frames together with the doors. The frame is made of 1.2mm thick galvanized steel, also with powder coating, wood grain or PVC coating finish.

All of frames are knock-down frame,3parts or 4parts for your choice.

Hardware

Generally we provide UL listed hardware like fire door closer, fire hinges, fire locks. More options such as panic bars, electric-magnetic door holders and fire door selectors are also available.

Remarks: If you don’t want ironmongery from us but only need us to punch hardware insert holes, please send us the specification and drawings of hardware you need, it will be best if you send us delivery samples.
