• S - The first letter 'S' in SOOW means Service. SOOW cable is a portable cable, also known as portable cord or flexible cord. The cable is usually used for power tools, machinery and other hars condition application.
• OO - Both letters 'O' mean Oil resistant. The first O is for insulation, the second O for outer jacket. Double O together means oil-resistant insulation and oil-resistant outer jacket.
