Description

Adopt dry pressing technology to press materials with moisture content lower than 10% into sheets, and then materials are processed into required particles through breaking, granules treaming and screening process.
The material is pressed by exterior force, and passes through the gap between the two rollers which are rotating in opposite directions, and then it's processed into sheets. The mass density of material might increase by 1.5-3 times, required intensity can be achieved

Batching machine:The main machine is composed of feeding system,weighing device, silo and conveyor belt. It has high automation and only needs manual feeding. It greatly saves time and production costs and meets thenational measurement standards.

Grinder:Cage crusher is suitable for the crushing of bulk materials in compound fertilizer production, but also widely used in chemical industry, building materials, mining and other industries. In the crushing process, the machine adopts high-strength bran-resistant cemented carbide chain plate with synchronous rotating speed. The inlet and outlet ports are designed reasonably, the crushed materials are uniform, the wall is not easy to stick, and it is easy to clean up.
