Product Description

UPVC / CPVC water supply / drainage / electricity pipe extrusion production line is mainly used to produce plastic PVC pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses in agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, water supply, power pipeline laying, etc. It consists of screw extruder, vacuum setting table, traction machine, cutting machine, turning frame and so on. Screw extruder and traction machine adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulation device, vacuum pump and traction motor both use high-quality products. There are two types of traction: two, three, four and six. Saw blade or planetary cutting form can be selected, and the meter length and thickening device can be provided. The unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency. According to customer's requirements, the company can configure special equipment to produce spiral muffler tube and core foam tube unit.
