Waste Incineration Introduction:

The rotary kiln belongs to construction equipment. According to different material, the rotary kiln can be divided into: cement kiln, metallurgy kiln, and limestone kiln.
The cement kiln is mainly used for calcimine of cement clinker; there are dry and wet types. The metallurgy kiln is used in metallurgy industry and iron works for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcimine of calotte and used aluminum hydroxide in aluminum vandal manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
Lime kiln (active lime kiln) is used for calcimine of active lime and dolomite in iron works and alloy works.

Structure of Coal Fired Rotary Kiln:
The kiln is composed by the cylindrical shell, roller supporting device, supporting device with thrust roller, driving gear unit movable kiln head, sealing device at kiln inlet, coal dust pipe device, etc.
The kiln shell is designed to keep some inclination to level. It is supported by the roller supporting device and equipped with thrust roller device to control the up and down moving of the shell. The driving system is equipped not only the main driving gear unit but also the auxiliary driving used to keep the shell rotating even when the main power is broken so as to prevent the shell from any bending and distortion. As the kiln head and tail are sealed by advanced technology, the sealing of the kiln is fairly reliable.

This enables us to independently complete the process system and large-to-medium equipment manufacturing. ZK has its own process experimental workshop, and testing & analysis center, capable of conducting pilot tests and data analysis for solid waste and hazardous waste treatment, building materials, metallurgical materials etc. These facilities allow us to provide process package, provide strong engineering and technical support for project engineering and construction, and ensure the successful execution of customer projects.

ZK  Zhengzhou Office is located in the Science and Technology Park of National University, the West Third Ring Road of Zhengzhou City, which includes the Oversea Business Department, E-commerce Department, Domestic Business Department, R&D Center, with an office area of more than 1500 m².
