Soft Drink Soda Water Carbonated Drink Filling Machine could be separated to 3 modules.the height of the bottle-out conveyor is adjustable.bottles are conveyed to rinser,filler and capper through starwheel and conveyed out finally through bottle-out conveyor.equip alarm device for bottle block,bottle absence,cap absence and overload.the machine meets the national food hygienic standard,with high automation and easy to operate.


Characteristics


1) It adopts high precision filling valve, with the characteristics of no bottle no vacuum pumping.

2) Open gear combined gear box transmission, with on-off device, frequency conversion velocity modulation device extends the speed modulating scope.
3) There is self-oil lubrication device, the lubrication points could be lubricated regularly in time, so this machine with high efficiency, low noise and long using life.
4) It can according to customer requirements to select different types of bottles.
5) The liquid level height in the tanks is controlled by electric PLC program to assure the precise liquid level.
