Features of reflow oven

1. The components are subject to small thermal shocks, but sometimes give the device a large thermal stress.

2. Apply solder paste only to the required parts, which can control the amount of solder paste applied and avoid defects

such as bridging.

3. The surface tension of the molten solder can correct small deviations in the placement position of the components.

4. A local heating heat source can be used to weld on the same substrate using different welding processes.

5. Impurities are generally not mixed in the solder. When using solder paste, the solder composition can be properly

maintained.
