In the anodizing experiment, an aluminum sheet is placed in a corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as an anode, and electrolysis is performed under specific conditions and an applied current. The aluminum plate of the anode is oxidized, and a thin layer of alumina is formed on the surface, the thickness of which is 5-20 μm, and the hard anodized film can reach 60-200 μm. The product has the characteristics of high hardness, good insulation, strong corrosion resistance and strong adsorption capacity.

The standard thickness oxide film (3μm) of the anodized aluminum plate is used for a long period of time without discoloration, corrosion, oxidation, and rust. An anodized aluminum plate with a thick oxide film (10 μm) can be used outdoors, and can be discolored without being exposed to the sun for a long time. The product can be continuously processed at high speed, which is convenient for direct processing into products. It does not require complicated surface treatment, which greatly shortens the production cycle and reduces the production cost of the product.
