Aluminum expanded metal is a rigid piece of metal that has been slit and drawn into an open mesh pattern in a single operation. It is manufactured from solid sheets/coils of aluminum. Conventional mesh is formed in a diamond pattern. It has other pattern of hexagonal, round, triangle, scale-like opening.

Packaging Details

1. Wrap brown paper around the mesh, sealed with packaging tape(damp-proof)
2. Wrap electrostatic film evenly around the brown paper(oxidation-proof)
3. Wrap foam cotton and EPE around the whole piece of mesh(quake-proof)
4. Paste interior label(ROHS, CE, etc.) onto each and every roll of mesh
5. Stick fast each roll of mesh in the EPE-lined wooden box with wood bricks and then wrap electrostatic film around all the rolls of mesh
6. Pack the wooden box(product inspection report etc. are enclosed)
