Product Introduction

Wovenflex Extra, PVC/NBR through-the-weave hoses.

It is designed for water discharge, and irrigation, construction etc.

The construction is circular polyester weave extruded internally and externally with PVC-NBR.

The inner tube is very smooth with minimum friction loss.

It is made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, protected and locked-in by tough highly resistant synthetic nitrile rubber, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type.

The ribbed cover is for flexibility and abrasion resistant.

Product Features

Inner tube and cover: PVC/NBR compound both tube and cover are co-extruded to obtain maximum bending. The ribs on the cover surface greatly increase abrasion resistance and help to provide a long service life.
