Product Introduction

Our PTFE coated fiberglass fabric combines the non-stickiness and heat resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene (also known as PTFE), as well as the strength and dimensional stability of glass fibers, creating a suitable for a variety of demanding civilian and coated fabrics for industrial applications.

Dimensionally stable, temperature ranges from -70℃to 260℃.Our PTFE-coated fabrics are non-toxic, odorless, odorless, and comply with FDA food processing, packaging and handling.

Characteristics

1. Good dimensional stability (less than 5%), high strength and good mechanical function.

2. Can be used in -70℃ to 260℃, with weatherability and anti-aging ability.

3. Non-stick: the surface is smooth and not easy to stick to any material; Easy to remove stains, stains and other attachments, including almost all dust, such as pastes, resins, coatings, etc.

4. High chemical corrosion resistance: it can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali and various organic liquids.

Application

1. For anti-stick lining, gaskets, bandages and conveyor belts; according to different thickness, it is suitable for various dryer conveyor belts, tapes, sealing tapes, etc.

2. Used for welding plastic products, used as welding fabrics; used for pleating leaves.

3. Used for insulating base, gasket, gasket, pad, high frequency CCL board.
