2. Assembly method of thrust roller bearing: because thrust roller bearing is a high-precision product, the improper assembly may easily cause damage to the groove of thrust roller bearing, resulting in damage to thrust roller bearing. The thrust roller bearing in the assembly should have a special mold, can not be knocked at will, in the pressure into the shaft can only be a small ring force, when the pressure can only be a big ring force. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure should be used in the assembly, and the upper and lower die should be in a horizontal state during the pressure installation. If there is tilt, the groove of the thrust roller bearing will be damaged due to stress, and the thrust roller bearing will produce conduction sound.
