The YPM153642 is a high-power highly integrated Power Amplifier Module (PAM) intend for Compass Satellite Communication requiring up to 10W output power. The PAM provides a typical gain of 36 dB and output power of 10W with pulse signal input, typical quiescent bias condition is 5.0V at 55mA and 12.0V at 145mA, the input and output are internally matched and require no external matching components, it is internally integrated with ESD protect unit. The YPM153642 is housed inside a miniature 6-lead, 10×10×1.1mm3 LGA package.
