Production Process

Our 5.1g/cm3 of the zirconia slide plate inserts is made of the high quality of e-fuzed magnesia and zirconia grain and sand, bonding agent, through the the automatic system mixing, drying, inspecting, pressing, inspecting, sintering,inspecting, accurate processing etc. series system process, then pack into the carton, and wooden box with the desired shipping mark sticked, then deliver to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.

Inspection times in production process

1.After Mixing, inspect the water content of material,

2.After pressing, inspect the size,missing angle, etc. of semi-finished products

3.After sintering, inspect the size, missing angle, cave, etc. of finished products

4.After accurate polishing, inspect the final size of the products again,

5.Before packing, inspect the size, missing angle, cave,of the finished prodcuts again.

Final make out the test report of the products with company stamp, and go along with the goods together to reach the client's hand.
