• Characteristics and Advantages

SA518 is a butyl methacrylate based, solid grade thermoplastic acrylic resin. It is recommended for metal coating such as ceramics coatings and aluminum finishes.

It is soluble in a range of solvent and available as minute spherical beads, these copolymers have low to medium inherent viscosities and a broad range of compatibility, flexibility and hardness with good weather resistance, resistance to hydrolysis, gloss and color retention in exterior applications.

SA-518 is a copolymer of butyl methacrylate. It offers special adhesion to aluminum finishes and ceramics coatings.

SA-518 is very compatible with wide variety of other resins including acrylics, vinyl, epoxies and polyesters. It also dissolves in all major solvents.

1. Packed in composite paper bag with inner plastic bag, 25kg net.

2. Store in cool, dry and ventilated place where the fire and organic solvents are prohibited.

3. Shelf life: 3 years, capable of further use after passing QC inspection.
