Pig manure solid liquid separator:

This machine is also known as pig manure processor, pig manure separator, pig manure dehydrator, pig manure waste separator, pig manure sewage solid liquid separator, pig manure dedrier, pig feces cleaning machine and other names.

1. Pig manure dehydrator (pig manure solid-liquid separator) is a dehydrator of livestock manure, it can be pig manure, duck manure, cow manure, chicken manure and other livestock manure source manure water separated into liquid organic manure and solid organic manure. Liquid organic fertilizer can be directly used for crop utilization and absorption, while solid organic fertilizer can be transported to areas where there is lack of fertilizer for use, and can also play a role in improving soil structure. At the same time, organic compound fertilizer can be made by fermentation. The original fecal water is sent to the machine by mud pump, and the solid material is extruded through the screw shaft arranged in the screen, and the liquid is discharged from the outlet through the screen.

2. Working principle: feed pig manure and water to the machine with a sub-liquid cutting pump, extrude and separate solid substances through the screw shaft arranged in the screen, and then the liquid flows out from the outlet through the screen.

The dehydrator of livestock and poultry excrement is characterized by small volume, low speed, simple operation, easy installation and maintenance, low cost, high efficiency, quick investment recovery and no need to add any flocculant. The machine adopts high strength spiral shaft, corrosion resistant alloy double spiral blade, the screen is made of stainless steel, the spiral blade adopts manganese treatment, the service life of other similar products is twice. It is used for solid-liquid separation of mother liquor after fermentation. For the biogas residue separated, the moisture content is within 30-40%.
