3WCG serial screw pump is designed for bituminous and heavy oil delivery, which is suitable for refinery, asphalt plant, asphalt discharge station. The pump body is double jacketed, and heated by steam or hot oil. The transmission shaft is mechanical sealed to prevent the leakage. It is smart, light, high rotating speed, low noise and long life, is new product for bituminous and heavy oil delivery.

Structure

The screw pump is composed of body, coupling, motor and plate. One main screw pump spindle and two dependent spindles constitute the pump body, all manufactured with high quality steel, match the shaft sleeve after precision finishing heat treatment. There fix a mechanical seal on the driving lever free end to ensure no leakage while operating. Motor and pump body are fixed at the same plate and the four install hole on the plate are for pump body. The pump is with steam or hot oil jacket. The smaller flanges fixed on the sides of pump is for steam or hot oil heating and insulating. Big flanges on each side are for the inlet and outlet of asphalt delivery separately, two covers on the top are for oil injection before the first start and can access to safety valve to ensure the smooth and sealing performance and overload protection.
