The 2W series zero differential valves have the thread size range from 1/8" to 2". It was produced when the factory was established, and currently now two types of material are available: brass and stainless steel, with function of normal close and normal open. Due to its stable performance, this type of solenoid valve is widely used in many different industrial fields.

The 2W400-40 Solenoid Valve is Brass Valves Two- Position Two-way, Operates in a Normally Closed Position.The Working Principle is that there are two ports in which the medium flows and the valve will open to allow the medium to pass when the coil is energized. It can be used in gas, water, oil and Air.

Troubleshooting guide

Do not Work when the coil is energized

1.Check the power wiring is bad or not →Rewiring and connector connection

2.Check the power supply voltage is within ± working range or not →Adjustment to the standard Voltage

3. Whether the coil is desoldered → re-weld

4. Whether the coil is short-circuited → replace the coil

5. Whether the working pressure inappropriate → Control pressure/Replace the proportional solenoid valve

6. There are impurities that cause the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to be stuck → cleaning. If there is seal damage, replace the seal and install the filter.

Can Not be Close

1. The seal of the main spool or the iron core has been damaged → replace the seal

2. Impurities enter the solenoid valve spool or moving iron core → clean

3. Spring life has reached or deformed → replaced

4. The orifice balance hole is blocked → timely cleaning

Others

1. Internal leak → check if the seal is damaged and the spring is not properly assembled

2. External leakage → loose connection or seal is broken → tighten the screw or replace the seal

3. There is noise when energized → the solid parts on the head are loose and tightened. The voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range and the voltage is adjusted. The iron core suction surface is dirty or uneven, and it is cleaned or replaced in time.
