Working principle:

During operation, the compressing device (cylinder piston rod or screw rod) drives the push plate and presses the filter plate and cloth between the push plate and tail plate. The filter chamber is formed between the pressure filter plates, and the material enters the filter chamber through the feeding port of the tail plate. Solid particles remain in the filter chamber to form a filter cake, while the liquid is expelled from the machine through the press cake and press cloth. In order to wash the press cake, washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate. In a similar manner, the filter cake is dried with compressed air entering the washing inlet.
