Horizontal Pressure Filter advantage:

The product design structure is novel, the main body of the filter is composed of filter tank, filter plate, pull out head mechanism, automatic slag discharge device. When filtering, the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing cylinder, and the filter cake layer is formed on the filter screen through the conveying pump. Once the stable filter cake layer is reached, the fine filter aid particles provide countless fine channels to trap the suspended impurities and make the clear liquid pass through, so that the material is actually filtered through the cake layer.

When the filter slag on the surface of the screen plate reaches a certain thickness, or the filter pressure reaches 0.4MPa, stop feeding, dry the filter cake with compressed air or steam, clean the filter slag, and the filter slag is unloaded due to gravity and vibration; For thick cake, manual help is needed to remove the residue.

The product realizes no filter paper and cloth filtration, closed filtration without environmental pollution, automatic slag discharge low labor intensity. Continuous production can be achieved with two alternate operations.
