A: It depends. Normally, 25-40 days after receiving the deposit and confirmed all the details.

Q: What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
A: Usually, T/T 50% deposit to start production, the balance is paid before shipping.

Q: What preferential terms you could give me if I increase the order’s quantity?
A: More QTY, more discount.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Our min order qty is 1*20GP.

Q: Can we mix the 20ft container?
A: Yes, if the items are meet our min order qty.

Q: Can you help customers source other suppliers & products?
A: Sure, we’d like to source suppliers & products for you with a 3% commission. We can help you
to do factory audits, goods inspections,s and control products quality.

Q: What’s your capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 10,000 sets of wooden doors one month, 20,000 sets of PVC doors one month, and 30,000 sets of steel
doors one month.

Q: Where is your main market?
A: Our main market is in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Euro, North America, South America, African etc., more than
150 countries.

Q: Can we use our shipping agent?
A: Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare
the prices and service.

Q: How long can I get samples?
A: 10-20 days to send sample via DHL, UPS, or another international express.
