1. How long can I receive the dome once it's ordered?
In general, the whole shipping time may require 3-4 weeks to most
countries. Custom made dome structures will need more time for
production. For the specific delivery time, please feel free to

2. Has your dome product been certified?
Yes. Hengnuo is ISO certified. Our dome products are tested against
the most rigorous standards such as the National Fire Protection
Code or Building Codes for temporary structures.
3. Is your dome strong and stable enough?
Yes. The main framework is high-quality steel pipe Q235 (anti-rust)
which is calculated and tested as the strongest material for
outdoor use. Dome cover fabric is made of double-faced PVC coating
synthetic fiber, which has the best performances in breaking
strength, water-proof, block-out, UV-proof, flame retardant (B1
DIN4102/ NFPA 701), jointed by high-frequency welding craft. It can
resist wind up to 100 km/h (62 mph) and snow load exceed 0.5
kN/sqm.
