Frame material:

Hard pressed extruded aluminum alloy, anodized surface handling, silver color, sturdy and never rust; over 15~20years life span.

Our aluminum alloy code 6061/T6, hardness achieved 15HW. The wind load capability is based on the aluminum hardness

Fabric cover:

High quality double PVC-coated polyester textile, 100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, CFM, UV resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.

Our PVC fabric flame retardant according to German standard DIN4102 B1, M2 and USA standard CFM/NFPA 701.

The span width of our Clear wedding marquee are from 3m to 60m( 5M, 10M, 15M , 20M ,25M 30M, 35M, 40M, 45M, 50M, 60M) and the length has no limitation. Length can be any times of 3m, 5m modular.

Structural system The main material is aluminum alloy profile GB6061-T6 / AL6082-T6. The support between the columns is reinforced with diagonal steel tubes. The length distance between the columns can be divided into 5 meters or 3 meters indefinitely. The overall structure has passed the wind test of a professional institution. The maximum allowable wind speed is DIN EN 13782: 102 km / h (0.50kN / m).

Installation Methods:

1) Concrete ground: use the expandable bolts. (Free of charges);

2) Tarmac ground or grass ground or sand ground or other soft grounds: use the steel anchors;

3) Marble or tile ground or other kind indestructible grounds: use the weight plates

Our tents can be assembled and dismantled and repeatedlly with small transporation distance. The lifespan of aluminum framework can reach 15-20years, and 5-8 years for PVC fabrics depending on different conditions of usage.
