Inconel 600 alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding properties, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 ℃. Inconel 600 material is the most commonly used material in structural engineering because it is well suited for high temperatures above 1000°F (540°C). Inconel 600 is durable, stable, strong and corrosion resistant. Inconel 600 is also known as a superalloy due to its strong properties, such as its excellent performance under enormous mechanical stress and temperature, and its resistance to oxidation and creep. Inconel 600 (UNS N06600) is also used in parts and accessories for heat treatment furnaces, heat exchangers, etc.

Inconel 625 is an alloy grade with a density of 8.4 g/cm3 and a melting point of 1290-1350 °C. It has excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, and has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in oxidative and reducing environments. The softened and annealed low carbon alloy 625 is widely used in the chemical process industry, and its better corrosion resistance and high strength enable it to be used as a thinner structural component.

Inconel 718 (N07718) is an iron-nickel-chromium-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. The long-term service temperature range is -253 ~ 650°C, and the short-term service temperature is 800°C. It has high strength and good toughness below 650°C. The unique formulation of Inconel 718 increases strength and corrosion resistance while providing easy machinability and ease of weldability. Inconel 718 alloy has been used to manufacture rings, blades, standard parts and structural parts in the aerospace, aerospace and energy industries. Inconel 725 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. After aging heat treatment, the strength of the alloy can be greatly increased, and the ductility and tensile strength of the alloy can be greatly improved. The alloy also has strong resistance to stress corrosion, and is mainly used in pipe fittings, joints and bearings in acid-resistant equipment, and is also widely used in marine equipment.

Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based superalloy that is age-strengthened with γ" phase. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980 °C, high strength below 800 °C, and good corrosion resistance below 540 °C. Relaxation resistance, good formability and welding performance. The alloy is mainly used to manufacture flat springs and coil springs that are resistant to relaxation and require high strength for aero-engines that work below 800 °C. It can also be used to manufacture turbine blades And other parts. The varieties that can be supplied are plate, strip, bar, forging, ring, wire and pipe.
