Single Conductor Power Line Stringing Equipment Puller Tensioner 35 KV ​

35KV Transmission Line Stringing Equipment is used for stringing single conductor on 33KV Overhead Transmission Line. The 3 ton hydraulic puller with 3 ton hydraulic tensioner can be also used for OPGW stringing. We could provide whole set of equipment and tools for 33KV transmission line stringing, such as puller, tensioner, stringing blocks, anti twisting braided steel wire rope, come along clamps, socket grips, swivel jonts, fixed joints, compressors etc.

1. SA-YQ30 Hydraulic Puller

Application:

The hydraulic puller is used to pull pilot wire rope for overhead transmission line. It is equipped with hydraulic system, and can be easily used and maintained

Features:

-With closed hydraulic circuit and variable displacement plunger pump, the pulling force could be step less controlled.

-The max pulling force for stringing operation can be preset.

-Automatic over pulling protection system

-With the radiator imported from Germany, the machine has good heat dissipate performance.

-With a negative spring applied hydraulic released brake, and automatic overload protection.

-With hydraulic oil cooling system.

-Heat treated wear-proof bullwheels

-With rigid axle for towing at high speed, the machine looks beautiful.

-Integral self-loading reel winder with automatic level wind.

-Heavy duty R-tires with excellent shock-absorbing performance.

2. Hydraulic Tensioners 3 Ton SA-YZ30A (Suitable for both conductor and OPGW, ADSS optic fiber cable)

Application:

It is suitable for single conductor, earth wire,OPGW and ADSS optic fiber cable stringing in line stringing operation.

-Closed hydraulic circuit, infinitely variable tension force contril

-The max. tension/pull back force can be preset, the tension force can be read from tension gauge

-Spring applied hydraulic released brake acts automatically in case of hydraulic failure to ensure line safety

-Hydraulic oil cooling system

-Bull wheels lined with wear proof MC nylon lining segments

-With rigid axle for towing at max. speed of 15 km/h
