Building Wire Extrusion Line:

1. The EX series are specifically designed for the manufacture of building wires.
2. Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.

3. Insulation line can be equipment with a co-extruder for color skinning and stripping purposes

4. Can competed with THHN insulation lines by including a tandem extruder for PA(Nylon) outer Jacketing.

5. Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
6. Operation plate of main control box is mounted with human-computer interface and also traditional button switch to ensure operational simplicity.
7. Electric circuit control is from Siemens programmable controller(PLC).
8. Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
9. Hopper dryer& Auto-suction device is from TAIWAN Brand.
