Purposes and Characteristics

• TY2x70IV hydraulic tensioner is a kind of large and high efficiency power construction machinery.
• It’s mainly used for delivery of all kinds of wire, optical cable and traction rope.

Characteristics

• It could deliver or counter-stretch two wires at the same time, tension and traction of every wire could be adjusted separately and seen from manometer directly. Otherwise, one wire could stop or deliver under tension while another wire is counter-stretching and collecting.
• It adopts hydraulic motor from Germany Rexroth and compose double-circuit hydraulic transmission system. It has advanced technology, high transmission efficiency and credible quality and could save power.
• It adopts planetary reducer from Germany Rexroth, has compact configuration and credible quality.
• Friction plate type wet brake is adopted and integrated in planetary reducer, it Can be free from routine maintenance. With spring brake, hydraulic release, simple operation, short reaction time, it can realize gapless braking, it’s safe and reliable. In shutdown mode, all kinds of hydraulic filters have bypass valves to protect the system from damage.
