Chemical Insutry
INTRODUCTION
A air operated diaphragm pump (also known as a Membrane pump) is a positive displacement pump that uses a combination of the reciprocating action of a rubber or PTFE diaphragm and suitable valves on either side of the diaphragm (check valve, flap valves, or any other form of shut-off valves) to pump a fluid.
There are three main types of diaphragm pumps:
| Technicial Parameter | Unit | Date |
| Maximum air inlet pressure | Mpa | 0.84 |
| Maximum flow rate | liter per minute | 150 lpm |
| Maximum lift | Meter | 70 m |
| Maximum outlet pressure | Mpa | 0.84 |
| Maximum particle size | mm | 4 |
| weight | kg | 15.7 |
| Noise level | db | < 70 |
