SS304 Honeycomb Core is similar as other cores manufactured by Pasia but with the material difference.

SS 304 stainless steel is the most common stainless steel. The steel contains both chromium (between 18% and 20%) and nickel (between 8% and 10.5%) metals as the main non-iron constituents.

Steel honeycomb ventilation panels have higher physical strength than aluminum honeycomb ventilation panels, and are generally used in military applications that require high levels of EMI. The standard honeycomb has an aperture of 3.2mm and a depth of 12.7mm. The surface layer can be plated with tin, nickel, cadmium, etc. for environmental protection. If the equipment works in the harsh smoky environment in the field, choose a brass honeycomb ventilation plate.
