Disc Oil Separator Description:

DRZ400 disc separator is mainly for degumming, de-soaping and water washing during the continuous refining of vegetable oil. On request it can also be used for separating the emulsion formed up by liquids or liquid and solid of different specific gravities in such industries as light industry, chemical and food, etc.

The separator operates in such a form that feeds material from upper and outputs materials at lower part in a completely closed condition. The light and heavy phase will be discharged by their centripetal pump respectively. It has a high separation efficiency, can prevent the oxidization of separated materials, the finished oil has a high quality and the refining efficiency is high. All parts & components contacting materials are made of stainless steel, meet hygienic requirements for food.
