2.Quenching tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

3. First Seven roller stretching unit
(1)Seven viable diameter rollers, there are five rollers are covered with rubber to resist skidding.
(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

4.Hot water tank:1 set
(1) Heating power: 27kw, two zones heater.
(2) Double pressure rollers with twin cylinder
(3) Water suction.

5. Second Seven roller stretching unit
(1) Seven variable diameter rollers with hard chrome plating.
(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

6. Single layer hot blast annealing oven: 1 set

7.Third Seven roller stretching unit.
