Product Introduction

It’s for coil the strip steel into barrel shape and then weld it to pipes. Based on skin effect and proximity effect, focus the current highly on the welding face of the pipe, then the temperature will raise up to welding level, and be welded after squeeze roller. Then after cooling, sizing, rough straightening, it will be finished product at specified size. Baseline horizontal method is applied in this production line, and rollers are double radius pass type. The main part is composed of forming, welding and sizing part.
