Cylindrical roller bearings are divided into three egories: single-row cylindrical roller bearings, double-row cylindrical roller bearings, and four-row cylindrical roller bearings.

Single row cylindrical roller bearings
NU type bearings have ribs on both sides of the outer ring and no ribs on the inner ring. The N-type bearing has ribs on both sides of the inner ring and no ribs on the outer ring. Therefore, within a certain range, the crankshaft is allowed to make two-way axial displacement relative to the bearing housing, that is, it can withstand the length change of the crankshaft caused by thermal expansion. Therefore, it is suitable for non-loing bearings.

NJ-type cylindrical roller bearings have ribs on both sides of the outer ring and ribs on one side of the inner ring. NF cylindrical roller bearings have ribs on both sides of the inner ring and ribs on one side of the outer ring. Thus, axial positioning in one direction can be provided for the crankshaft.

NUP cylindrical roller bearings have ribs on both sides of the outer ring, ribs on one side of the inner ring, and movable ribs on the other side. Therefore, the bearing can be bidirectionally positioned on the shaft.

It also produces high-precision single-row cylindrical roller bearings with a 1:12 tapered inner ring for machine tool spindles.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings

The double row cylindrical roller bearings produced are all precision grade bearings for machine tool spindles, and can also be used in other precision machinery. NN type has ribs on the inner ring and no ribs on the outer ring. The NNU type has ribs on the outer ring and no ribs on the inner ring. In order to facilitate the user to install the lubriing device, the outer ring has oil grooves and oil holes as the main structure (suffix code W33 type), and can provide products with two structural forms of cylindrical hole and conical hole according to user needs.
