4.Big boom can be two jointed pcs to make it fittable into container to save shipping cost.
5.All the seam are 45 degree tapered before welding.

7.Some parts can be consolidated using thicker plate or overlapping another plate for heavy-duty appliPCion.
8.Boom cylinder and arm cylinder can also be supplied if customer want.
9.Extra pipeline can be added to suit to some extra appliPCion.
10.Biggest long boom we have done is 32m long boom for Hitachi EX3500.

Packing and shipping:
1.We pack it by film at first, then secure it inside the container by fixing to the container wall through steel wire.
2.One container can load 3 complete sets(we use rack to hold the upper sets).
3.Production leadtime is 15 days for 1 set, 20 days for 3 sets.
