The main and auxiliary paper feeding mechanism realizes continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine.

Large-screen human-machine interface, PLC program control input and output points and moving platform monitoring of obstacles, fast and accurate troubleshooting, the operation is very simple.

The imported IVIS high-precision chain is paired one-to-one after pre-stretching to ensure the accuracy of each set of tooth row chains.

The high-strength aviation aluminum tooth row is adopted, and the gripping paper is stable, which effectively prevents the tooth row from chattering. The front and back positioning of the tooth row adds an adjustable device, and the positioning accuracy of the tooth row can be fine-tuned and compensated due to the error of the main chain or mechanical parts.

The Bosch Rexroth frequency converter is used to control the main motor, stepless speed regulation, stable operation, low noise, and energy saving.

This machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety.

Main Units

Feeder feeding unit The improved paper feeding device makes the adjustment of the paper feeding easier and faster. The paper feeding head with four suction and four feeds with 8 suction nozzles has strong suction force and stable paper feeding function. The suction nozzle can adjust the angle and suction air volume according to the deformation of the paper to realize the smooth conversion between thin paper and thick paper.

Die cutting unit The die-cutting pressure is adjusted by four points, which can be adjusted easily by turning the handle. With 300 tons of pressure, cardboard, corrugated paper and thick board paper can be easily die-cut. Unusual automatic control of loose plates, paper falling, etc. realizes humanized automation of mechanical operation. Turbine crank toggle type high-precision flat die-cutting table. Fixed high-precision flat die cutting upper worktable. The plate frame is made of 5 mm thick 65 manganese steel plate, the blade is not easy to deform, and the die cutting is more stable.
