Cup noodle machine technology:

Brine mixer is used to prepare the mixture of salt, alkali, additives and water needed for flour mixing.

Dual-axis mixing machine is for flour mixing. Flour mixing is the process of mixing flour and brine mixture in a certain proportion, so that the protein and starch in flour absorb water and expand to form flocculent dough.

fryer is used to fry the noodle cakes through high temperature frying oil, so that it quickly dehydrates and dries, forming crisp and fragrant instant noodle cake.
