Process Flow:

Brine Mixing and Measuring→Mixing→Ripen Conveying→Rolling→Steaming→Stretching and Cutting→Air Blowing and Shaping→Hot Air Drying→Cooling→Packaging

Features of non-fried instant noodles:

1. The drying time is long, and the noodles produced have a high moisture content and a beautiful shape;

2. The oil content is less, so it is close to raw noodles and has a light taste;

3. The drying speed is fast, and there is no difference between the produced non-fried noodle cake and fried noodle cake except oil-free; compared with the noodle cakes produced by other drying equipment, the same kind of gram weight is large in volume and full in appearance.
