1). The sheet is driven by pin chain and the pin chain is driven by servomotor. The feeding length could be adjusted by parameter setting through touch screen.

2). The stretching of plug inside of up mould is controlled by servomotor.

3). Mould adopts four pillars to fix the mould.

4). Temperature controller modules to control up and down temperature area.

5). It can finish production at one time through sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting.
