The PE/PP Film Woven Bags Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line has two kinds of types. One is the RDS Series Single Stage Compacting
Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line which is used for PE Film, PE bags and PLA Film. If your material is more clean (not dirty), you can use this type. Other is the RSS Series Double Stage Compacting Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line which is used for PE Film, PE Bags and PLA Film. Compared with single stage, double stage works more stable, produces more clean and more density granules. We can design the layout according to customers' workshop.

The single-screw extruder granulator is suitable for:

masterbatch, PP modified granulation, PE modified granulation, ABS granulation, PA66/PA6 granulation, cable granulation, silane cross-linked cable material granulation, Filling Masterbatch Granulation, Plastic Dye Granulation, Plastic Recycle Granulation, Engineering Plastic Granulation, Functional Masterbatch Granulation, Plastic Toughening Granulation, Special Plastic Granulation, School Polymer Experiment etc.

Application:

Fill modification: CaCO3,talcum,BaSO4, Ceramic powder, wooden power/plant fibres, Other inorganic fillers, PE +Ca twin screw pelletizer,PP +Ca Twin screw pelletizer.

Enhanced Modification: Short glass fiber, Long glass fiber, carbon fiber, Other whiskers.

Masterbatch preparation: Carbon black masterbatch, Masterbatch, Flame retardant masterbatch, Degradable masterbatch, Other special function masterbatch,

Blend modification: Thermoplastic material/Elastomer, Polymer Alloy.

Cable material: PVC electrical Cable, Low-smoke halogen-free cable material, PE insulation material/sheath material, PE cross-linked cable, Special cable material.
