Fiberglass tube (Filament-wound glass epoxy insulation tubes) are synthesize by the alkali-free fiberglass baptist twistless with epoxy adhesive forming after heating , curing by insulation products, Machinable pieces of a variety of high-performance insulation structure ,in accordance with user requirements can tupe/pipe make B-class, F or H-Class heat level product. The product has good electrical and mechanical properties, low -medium consumption, non-deformation without delamination , PD samll ,resistancee ,chemical corrosion (resistance SF6) and so on . Product are widely use in oil-immersed transformers, H-grade dry type transformers, OLTC ,reactor , surge arresters, SF6 transformer main insulalion and other product.

Features:

(1) high strength Pultrusion profiles is 150-300 mpa tensile strength, bending strength of 200-300 mpa, the 1000 h after artificial accelerated aging of bending strength retention rate can reach 78%.
(2) low deformation rate Glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe by 1000 h after artificial accelerated aging change in length is + 0.03%, the width of the rate of 0.07%.Therefore making products with the pultrusion profiles geometric shapes and sizes can keep the long-term stability.
(3) high thermal deformation temperature Pultrusion profiles of the thermal deformation temperature of 186 ℃, high temperature softening, 60 ℃ the same crisp, to ensure the normal use of various kinds of ambient temperature.
