1. Blending System----Sugar Melting Boiler/Tank

There are two types of blending tank, single layer and three layers. Single layer type blending tank is with blending motor, but without heating function; three layers type is heated by steam, and it can also be cooled down by chilled water. The blending tank is made of stainless steel 304, with internal and external polished. It is easy cleansing and corrosion resistance.

2. Mixing Tank/Agitator tank

3. Duplex filters

Inside and outside polishing 0.4μm, equipped with a pressure gauge at the top row of table valve, is suitable for the removal of liquid milk, sugar, beverage, oral liquid, such as invisible solid impurities in the liquid purification.Two filters are used interchangeably, in the case of non-stop filter replacement, suitable for long-term continuous production.

4, Homogenizer
