Q1: Can you print canvas with my photos?

A: Absolutely, please send your high resolution pictures by email and we will check whether they are suitable to be printed. We have a creative and strong design team and also can produce custom canvas according to your requirements.

Q2: Can you provide logo service?

A: Yes, it is very common to custom logo during the mass goods production.

Q3: What is your after-sale service?

A: We have various kinds of quality control standard to ensure nice product. If they have quality problems, please inform us timely and our quality management team will actively solve it.

Q4: What's your payment method?

A: We accept lots of payment method, including T/T, Trade Assurance, L/C. You could choose the most convenience one.

Q5: What are your advantages of your manufactures?

A: Around 800 graphic designs and 1000 self-developed new samples are drove to market every month, we own the pictures’ proprietary intellectual property copyright. With a monthly output of 300 X 40HQ containers, Wadou has the monthly capability to produce 160,000 pieces oil painting, and 600,000 pieces printing canvas.

Q6: What’s the lead time of samples ?

A: Generally, it takes 5 days to finish the samples. After you confirm the price, we usually offer you free samples. You need to pay the freight. If sample material is expensive, we will ask for charging the cost.

Q7: What's your production time of mass goods?

A: Production time is 35 days or so.
