DESCRIPTION

This pan carrier features a top loading design for ease of loading, allowing you to simply place the pan directly down into the carrier and lift it up and out upon delivery. The style eliminates the need for surrounding space, as end loading carriers require clearance for the side door to open.

Since it's insulated with polyurethane foam insulation, it helps maintain the proper temperature prior to delivery, keeping hot food hot or cold food cold for up to 7 hours. In order to increase the temperature retention time beyond the standard 7 hours, the carrier can be pre-chilled or pre-heated. Simply pre-chill the unit with its lid open in a walk-in refrigerator or freezer for about 30 minutes prior to use. To preheat, load a hotel pan of hot water into the carrier, and close the lid for about 20 minutes. 5. The wide nylon latches and silicon gasket can transfer the door and make a good seals effect ,ensuring the safety temperature for the cold and hot food .

6. Please noted, if you put metal food pan on the chutes ,you must cool down the pans to 95℃,and our containers are suitable for all international standard food pans such as size 1/1,1/2,1/3.

7. The vent cap can leak steam and balance the inside pressure .and the door is detachable ,which makes it easily be cleaned.
