The main product features of the company are as follows:

Super-hard (SH) series stainless steel strips are made of TISCO's SUS301 cold-rolled strip material. The thickness of the product is 0.06mm-1.0mm, the width is 9mm-400mm, and the hardness is HV490-600. The product has the characteristics of large force value, stable force value, and long life. It is widely used in elastic components such as constant force springs, constant force coil springs, curtain tension springs, and electrical shrapnel.

Electronic series stainless steel strips are made of raw materials such as TISCO, Zhangpu SUS301, SUS316L, SUS304LL and other cold-rolled strips. The thickness of the product is 0.06mm-0.8mm, and the hardness is HV180-HV490. Mainly used for inner frames, brackets, back clips, etc. of consumer electronic products such as mobile phones, tablet computers, and notebook computers.

The electronic series of deep drawing carbon steel strips SPCC/SPCE/SPCG/DC06 are made of Shougang and Baosteel carbon steel raw materials. The product thickness is 0.05mm-1.06mm, the hardness is HV80-200, and the width is 10mm-600mm. Mainly used for vibration motors of consumer electronic products, housings of acoustic and optical components, signal shields, internal brackets, back covers of mobile phones, and power battery plates, etc.

The company is equipped with 5 sets of precision cold rolling units, continuous annealing furnace unit, recoiling unit, three precision shearing units, arc edge scraping unit, leveling unit, and cleaning unit. A complete set of testing equipment includes Vickers/Rockwell hardness tester, surface roughness tester, tensile strength tester, etc., to ensure the quality requirements of customers.
